I led an organic social media campaign for Bryq, an AI-powered HR tech startup, to announce the release of two new product features: External Talent Matching and Employee Improvement Areas. As a B2B, Saas organization the primary goal was to inform Bryq's 10,000+ member LinkedIn audience about these valuable additions to the platform.

Strategic Approach

Competitor Analysis: I analyzed Bryq's most successful competitors and identified that they effectively utilized motion graphics and video content to showcase their product features. This insight guided my decision to champion the use of short-form videos in our campaign.

Content Creation

Video Production: Designed engaging short-form videos that highlighted the key benefits and functionalities of External Talent Matching and Employee Improvement Areas. These videos were crafted to quickly capture attention and present complex features in an easily digestible format.
Copywriting: Wrote compelling descriptive copy that succinctly explained the new features, emphasizing how they could transform HR processes for Bryq's clients.

Social Media Management

Content Scheduling: Managed Bryq's social media platforms by strategically scheduling content releases across various channels to maximize visibility and engagement.
Internal Communications: Encouraged internal teams to support the public release by providing guidance on effective interaction and reposting strategies, amplifying our reach through employee advocacy.

Audience Engagement

Community Management: Actively monitored social media channels, responding promptly to audience reactions and comments. This timely engagement fostered meaningful conversations and boosted post visibility and impressions.

Outcome

The campaign successfully raised awareness about Bryq's new features among its target audience, demonstrating the effectiveness of strategic, organic social media marketing. By leveraging short-form video content, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive community management, we effectively showcased Bryq's commitment to innovation in the HR tech space.
This initiative not only enhanced brand visibility but also informed audience members within Bryq's ICP of cutting-edge product features that differentiate Bryq from its competitors.
