Project Overview
While working at Influence Central, a boutique influencer marketing agency, I conducted an Influencer Talent Search for Frito Lay, a first-time agency client collaborating with renowned retailer Walmart.
Frito Lay and Walmart initially sought a female food and snack blogger with over 1 million followers as their ideal content creator and brand persona.
Strategic Approach
During the search process, I identified Instagram influencer Nico Norena as a strong candidate to represent the Frito Lay brand, despite not fitting the initial criteria. His indulgent, snack-centered content aligned perfectly with the campaign's goals.
Outcome
Frito Lay selected Nico, along with other influencers, for their Instagram campaign.
Nico's content stood out, impressing the client and making him a standout performer.
The success of this campaign led to continued partnerships between Frito Lay and Influence Central.
