Agent Sphere

Context

Block Analitica wanted to turn their deep DeFi analytics into something everyday users could actually understand, so we created Agent Sphere.

Impact

Took a rough character idea and built it into a full identity: logo, mascot, expressions, world
Designed the launch toolkit: reveal video, social posts, comic-style story concepts

1. Character

Defined Agent's voice with AI-assisted research, then built a world around him

2. Logo

A mascot, not a wordmark. The product is a bot that posts daily, so it needed a face that could react. We designed a set of expressions so the logo is interchangeable, giving every post a bit of flare.

3. Mascot in 3D

The 2D mark works as an avatar. The 3D version works as a personality, used for reveal content, the website, and future video. Built with AI tools, art-directed to match the 2D character.

4. Go-to-Market System

I designed a system for turning Block Analitica's data into shareable graphics, tweet templates, and chart styles the team then automated from live feeds. I also built a comic-style narrative around Agent, used across the site and social, that turned dry data drops into an ongoing story.

4. What I learned

Working with AI takes patience

Getting a consistent character out of AI tools took a lot of back-and-forth. Once I locked in a few base poses and refined them in Photoshop, I had a seed I could reuse across the comic series and renders. The lesson: AI isn't uniform out of the box. You either put in the reps to guide it, or accept that the mascot will look slightly different every time.
