Crypto wallets are often intimidating, cluttered, and anxiety-inducing. Users are terrified of making mistakes—such as sending money to the wrong address or paying hidden gas fees. The goal was to strip away the noise and create a wallet that feels safe, human, and transparent.

The Dashboard (Clarity over Clutter)

The Problem: Most wallets overwhelm users with too much data upfront.

My Fix: I prioritised the "Total Balance" and key actions (Send/Receive/Swap). The asset list uses clear visual indicators (green/red pills) so users can check market health at a glance without cognitive overload. Note the friendly greeting ("Wagwan, Halima") to humanise the tech 😉.

The Problem: Accidental taps in crypto are irreversible and costly.

My Fix: I implemented a "Hold to Send" interaction instead of a simple tap. This adds a moment of intentional friction, forcing the user to pause and confirm their intent before shipping a large amount like $1200.04. I also clearly separated the fee breakdown, so there are no surprises and implemented a live icon beside the gas fee to alert the user of its fluctuating nature - for an improved experience.

Success State (Reassurance)

The Problem: Post-transaction anxiety ("Did it go through?").

My Fix: A dominant visual confirmation (Green Check) introduced by a subtle animation and a clean summary of the amount sent. I removed all main navigation distractions here to let the user bask in the "Success" state before moving on.
