Verified Kajabi Migration, Funnels & Client Portal for DVA

Overview

DVA Brand Communications needed to move its Wix website content into Kajabi and bring the public site, lead funnels, nurture automation, and gated client resources into one editable platform.

My role

I handled the Kajabi migration and build across website pages, funnel structure, client-portal setup, automation, segmentation, testing, and post-launch refinements.

What I delivered

• Rebuilt 6–8 branded Kajabi pages, including Home, About, Services, Contact, Booking, and Resources • Two complete funnels for corporate and individual clients • Landing pages, follow-up pages, and nurture triggers • A branded Kajabi client portal with file hosting, video library, and organized categories • Segmented access for corporate and individual clients • Email triggers, audience segmentation, and nurture flows using client-provided copy • Two weeks of post-launch adjustments

System approach

The build was structured around two distinct customer groups. Public pages established the brand and offers; each funnel then guided the correct audience into its own follow-up path. The client portal organized protected files and videos behind Kajabi access, while tags, triggers, and segmentation kept communication relevant.

Verified outcome

The complete $2,500 project was approved and paid through Contra. The finished system combined the website, two lead funnels, automated nurture, and client resources inside Kajabi, giving the client one platform to edit and operate. The live website continues to run on Kajabi.
