Fintra Fintech Product Design

Fintra is a premium fintech product designed to help users send, receive, and manage money with ease. From the outset, my mission was to craft a secure, elegant, and user-centric product that simplifies complex financial tasks while elevating the overall brand experience.

Many fintech products struggle to build user trust and clarity, especially during onboarding and core money actions. The goal was to eliminate friction and help users feel confident, in control, and welcomed at every touchpoint.

We needed to:

Build trust quickly (especially during onboarding and first transactions)

Simplify budget management and transfer flows

Create a seamless multi-device experience for both mobile and web users

Position Fintra as a luxurious, trustworthy brand through design

As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for:

Defining the design system from scratch (colors, type, grids, components)

Designing mobile and web interfaces for core features like wallet, budget, and transactions

Leading UX strategy and prototyping flows

Collaborating with stakeholders and developers for implementation

Tools: Figma, Notion, and After Effects.

1. Research + UX Mapping

Studied user pain points with existing finance apps and mapped key flows around:

Wallet setup

Fund transfers

Budget visualization

2. Wireframing & Prototyping

Created lean wireframes focused on minimizing steps. Prototyped flows in Figma to test micro-interactions and transitions.

3. Visual Identity

Crafted a high-end visual system using:

Dark neutrals & gold accents

Glassmorphism & soft shadows

Clean modern typography for readability

This project reinforced that users don’t trust what they can’t understand—especially when handling their money. By combining aesthetic clarity with functional UX, we delivered a product that both performs and feels premium.
