Client: SOS (Indiana)

Job Title: Technical Architect

Summary: The client needed to update the custom software in use to reflect the latest legislation enacted. Users of the system needed self-service capability for certain requests to reduce the level of manual intervention by the SOS staff. In addition, the client needed an automated method of redacting PII information since the largely manual process currently in use is inaccurate and time-consuming.

Actions:

• Upgraded software to account for the latest changes in UCC legislation.
• Successfully implemented a configurable automated redaction process in a secure environment. 

Accomplishments:

• The state was now able to securely protect PII information and improve operational efficiency.
• The redesigned website resulted in improved responsiveness and a customer self-service capability.
• The software in use was now compliant with the latest legislative requirements.
