Create a company profile website that showcases BEER Lab's games and industrial achievements. This also helps to attract future stakeholders to further fund their open-sourced VR projects.

BEER Labs is a augmented or virtual reality (AR/VR) startup company established in 2021. They specialize in different fields from building in-house VR headsets to educational video games for future students, preparing children to adapt the new world of both real and virtual reality.

Dr. Damien Rompapas is busy building his startup company from developing VR (virtual reality) hardwares to video games to keeping up with his current stakeholders. Since he has a small team of developers, no one has the time or energy to develop his website. Therefore, he has been struggling to attract new potential stakeholders to further invest into his VR projects, which affects BEER Lab's to struggle on selling their products. Long and behold, Damien encountered a starving university student, who is looking to further improve his web development skills. This is where I come in.

Built this project using WordPress with other various plug-ins. Following plugins such as:

Elementor Pro (for additional features and functionality)

Yoast SEO (for improving search engine ranking)

Contact Form 7 (for creating contact forms)

Hosting: A reliable hosting provider that offers good performance and uptime

Dr. Damien has pre-installed all the necessary WordPress plug-in so it does saves the development process much faster. So for the whole first week, I ended up having more time to focus on developing the web interface design to introducing fun animations that I wanted to include on Figma. Dr. Damien loved it, granted me the access to their WordPress site and asked me to start right away.

Dr. Damien wants to showcase how fun and innovative his startup can potentially become. Hence, showing visitors the Scroll "Down" to Begin pays homage to NES video game title screens while keeping the fun branding aspect of BEER Labs. Scrolling further shows the brief mission statement and a list of colleagues of enthusiastic young developers and business associates, ready to make a difference.

WordPress is almost the go-to for most clients that I have encountered as it is very affordable, scalable and great to learn and maintain for beginners. This project does taught me on an industry that I'm not ver familiar myself and how optimistic I am for the future of VR technologies on varying industries, especially for children's education. However, I do wish more of my clients would be more open-minded to use other web builders that offers more customisability such as Webflow.
