FacturasIA - PDF & photo invoices into one clean Excel file (AI + human verification)

A desktop tool for Windows that reads supplier invoices - PDFs, scans or phone photos - and extracts them into a spreadsheet with 12 columns: provider, date, invoice number, description, taxable base, VAT/tax, total, currency, category, a confidence flag and the original text of every field. Exports to .xlsx or .csv, ready for Excel, Google Sheets or your ERP.

Built with C# and the Anthropic Claude API. Every extracted value keeps the text it came from plus a confidence flag, so you check only the doubtful lines instead of re-typing everything.

Delivered as a single .exe with a one-page guide and a short screen recording. No subscription, no account, and your files are only read - nothing is stored on my side.
