Setting KPIs: Define clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, conversions, or follower growth to track the success of your social strategy.
Identifying Target Audience: Understand the demographics, preferences, and behaviors of your target audience on each platform to tailor your content effectively.
Establishing Brand Voice + Tone: Define a consistent brand voice and tone that aligns with your brand's personality and resonates with your audience.
Cross Posting Strategy: Determine the type of content that will be cross-posted between platforms and adapt it to suit the specific characteristics of each platform.
Influencer Campaigns: Develop partnerships with influencers who align with your brand and can reach your target audience effectively.
Content Buckets + Cadence: Establish the categories of content you will post (content buckets) and the frequency (cadence) of these posts. Ensure they align with your brand and audience's interests.
Calendar in Notion: Use Notion, or a similar tool, to create and manage a comprehensive content calendar that schedules your posts, tracks their performance, and keeps your content organized.
