About:
Enabling fleet maintenance managers to create, manage, and track vehicle maintenance requests remotely and conduct inspection exercises efficiently.
Problem:
Our Fleet management Clients do vehicle inspection processes on paper. The process was costly, inefficient, and riddled with human errors.
After the user research I conducted in 2019, I recommended automating the entire process and making it accessible via a mobile app. We never got around to it until the second quarter of 2021.
Goals:
Minimize the time it takes to complete a vehicle maintenance task from requests through Entry inspections to Exit inspections.
