Designing a mobile app to help facility tenants create, track, and validate maintenance work requests and monitor facility charge transactions.
Problem:
Despite the availability of a web portal for registering work requests and complaints, 95%+ tenants opted to communicate their requests via phone or text, due to usability and accessibility problems associated with the web portal. This added burden for maintenance officers who had to do it for them.
Goal:
90%+ reduction in the rate at which tenants call and text facility officers to complain.
