As Opsview's first in-house recruiter and later as Talent Acquisition Manager, I was pivotal in transitioning the company away from agency reliance and growing the team from 23 to 60 employees. I managed the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles in the UK and US, successfully sourcing candidates directly and implementing a robust recruitment and sourcing strategy. My achievements include enhancing recruitment branding and forming productive partnerships with Reading University and General Assembly, contributing to Opsview's recognition as a '50 game changers' awardee. I also led talent acquisition programs, including referral and university initiatives, interview training, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
