As Wellframe's inaugural recruiter, I was instrumental in scaling the company from 40 to 200 employees, contributing to its acquisition by Healthedge. I provided leadership and strategic direction, growing the talent team to four members and achieving record hiring in 2020 and 2021 with a 95% acceptance rate and a 98% candidate satisfaction score. I developed innovative sourcing strategies and oversaw the entire recruitment lifecycle, personally hiring 74 People and filling key positions within Senior Leadership, Engineering, Product, and other departments. My efforts in recruitment branding and partnerships led to a large increase in direct applications. Additionally, I spearheaded talent acquisition initiatives including referral programs, co-op programs, interview training, and DEI strategies.
