I led a remarkable expansion of the recruitment team from two to ten members and played a crucial role in scaling the company's hiring capabilities, achieving a 550% increase in monthly hires and meeting an ambitious target of 100 new clinical team hires per month. I transformed the recruitment approach to be proactive, with 73% of hires directly sourced between July and October, improved candidate acceptance rates from 53% to 91% in six months, and cultivated strategic partnerships with three universities, tapping into a talent pool of 400 PharmD students. I led the implementation of the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System, streamlining the recruitment process, enhancing efficiency and reporting. Additionally, as the sole recruiter for business roles, I was instrumental in filling key positions, including executive and director-level roles across various departments.
