Overview
This was a full-time hybrid position at Avado Learning APAC, a midsize people powered transformation partner. In this time, I led and supported client projects, working closely with major names in CPG, Healthcare, Real Estate, Beauty, and Insurance.
Key Achievements
Successfully delivered bespoke learning programmes to leading companies across various industries and regions.
Delivered 4 virtual workshops via Zoom and Google Meet to top executives at a leading multinational Consumer Packaged Goods company, achieving exceptional NPS and workshop scores.
Delivered 10 virtual workshops via Zoom to learners of all levels and functions at a leading multinational healthcare company, achieving outstanding NPS and workshop scores.
Delivered 6 virtual workshops via Zoom to a global real estate services company, achieving excellent NPS and workshop scores.
Involved in the development of key workshop content and delivery processes, as well as created key templates such as kick-off decks, communications, pre-workshop briefing documents, and post-workshop review decks. For their impact in creating better workflows and outcomes, many were adopted as best practices, not only by the APAC team, but also colleagues at the UK headquarters.
