Overview

This was a full-time virtual position with Cognitive Union Pte. Ltd., a boutique learning and performance consultancy. In this time, I was the project lead and key client contact for all client projects, and worked closely with major names in Beauty, Digital Education, and Horticulture.

Key Achievements

Successfully delivered bespoke learning programmes to various audience groups within a leading multinational cosmetic company, yielding excellent NPS and workshop scores, as well as highly positive qualitative feedback.

Facilitated the successful delivery of learning materials created bespoke for the digital education arm of a leading multinational technology company, in a time of client organisational overhaul. Clients were highly satisfied with both the quality of materials and level of service.
Provided crucial support to business development endeavours through ongoing management of the CRM platform, regular sourcing of cold call leads via LinkedIn, contributing to client proposals, reviewing project costings, developing and managing the monthly newsletter and ad-hoc product deep dive mailer, and optimising the company’s online presence.
