Sevium — Website for a New B2B Transport Service

We helped Sevium introduce a service the transport industry had never seen — and built the website that explains it.
Sevium came to us with a brand-new offering: an External Transport Department — an outsourced logistics service for business owners, sales teams, and back-office staff who regularly arrange large shipments. Our task wasn't just to design a website. It was to understand a service that didn't yet exist in the market and make it instantly clear to everyone who needs it.

Our Goal

We ran strategy workshops with the client to dig into the full business logic of the service — deciding together what the website should say and what deserves the spotlight. We co-developed buyer personas for three distinct audiences: decision-makers, salespeople, and administration. Then we designed the UX/UI and built the site as a custom WordPress development based on Tailwind CSS. The result? A website that explains a first-of-its-kind service in plain language — and speaks directly to each person who benefits from it.

Our Approach

We built our work around a "Business-First" strategy — understand the service deeply, then design around the people it serves.
Discovery Workshops: We sat down with the Sevium team to map the entire business layer of the service — its logic, its value, and the story worth telling.
Buyer Personas: Together we defined three core audiences — owners and managers, sales teams, and back office — and gave each one a dedicated message and path through the site.
UX/UI Design: We designed a clear, conversion-focused experience that translates a complex B2B service into simple answers: what it is, who it's for, and what you gain.
Custom Development: We built the site on WordPress with fully custom Tailwind CSS development — fast, lightweight, and easy for the client to grow.
Value-Driven Content: Concrete numbers front and center — up to 25% lower transport costs, 16 hours saved monthly, 50% fewer calls and emails — so the value is obvious at first glance.
