The Context

Mama Reset was being launched as a 6-week cohort programme for mothers navigating work, creativity, and identity after motherhood. Applications were already open, but traffic was being sent to a Squarespace page that wasn’t converting. The offer itself was strong — but the positioning, messaging, and structure weren’t doing it justice. This wasn’t a “build from scratch” project. It was a live launch that needed tightening, fast.

The Stakes

With a fixed application deadline and a cohort start date locked in, there was no room for slow iteration. Low conversion meant lost applicants — and real revenue on the line. At the same time, the project risked expanding into course and community setup, which wasn’t part of the original scope. The priority had to be clear: build a page that converts, without getting pulled into everything else.

The Strategy

We focused on turning Mama Reset into a clear, compelling, and conversion-driven experience.
Repositioned the offer from “career growth” to identity and work redesign after motherhood
Built a structured sales narrative: from recognition → reframe → solution → proof → decision
Refined language to match the audience (removing corporate/coach-heavy phrasing)
Introduced an application-based funnel to increase perceived value and filter aligned participants
Designed and developed a high-converting Kajabi sales page with intentional hierarchy and flow
Clarified the distinction between Mama Reset (group) and mentoring (1:1) to avoid dilution
Prioritized launch-critical assets first (sales page, lead flow) before secondary pages

The Shift

Mama Reset moved from a descriptive landing page to a focused, emotionally resonant sales experience. The messaging now meets mothers where they actually are — not where typical business programs assume they are. Instead of explaining the offer, the page now guides the decision. The result is a clearer offer, stronger positioning, and a platform built to convert under real launch conditions.
