Mathmo is a fast-growing UK maths education company founded by Rob Carter — a Cambridge-educated maths coach with 16 years of experience and a reputation for helping students jump 2–5 GCSE grade levels. The business was already gaining traction thanks to Rob’s expertise, relatable teaching style, and viral calculator hacks. But the systems, funnels, and positioning weren’t built to keep up with the sudden surge of attention.
When we entered, Mathmo needed a brand infrastructure that could support both the Premium subscription model and the growing free webinar funnel, while also introducing new offers. Everything had to feel cohesive, trustworthy, conversion-driven — and built for scale, not chaos.
