Brand Development & Messaging Defined and refined the brand’s positioning around mentorship, creativity, and student agency. Developed messaging frameworks that resonated with both parents and educators.
Content Strategy & Creation Produced a wide range of content including newsletters, website copy, landing pages, case studies, social campaigns, and promotional videos. Highlighted real student and mentor stories to build trust and authenticity.
Demand Generation & Campaigns Led B2C marketing initiatives targeting parents and homeschool communities—contributing to a major increase in enrollment and referrals. Over 50% of new families joined through organic interest and word of mouth.
Program Launch Marketing Supported the launch of “Puertas,” IMA’s bilingual mentorship program, by creating targeted Spanish-language outreach campaigns for families and schools.
CRM & Customer Journey Mapping Designed and maintained systems for tracking leads, onboarding families, and supporting long-term engagement—ensuring clear and consistent communication across every touchpoint.
Community Engagement & Brand Voice Created and maintained a warm, inspiring brand voice across channels. Built community through intentional storytelling, quotes, and mentor/student highlights that reinforced the program’s values.
