Overview Dojo is a new kids’ personal care brand made just for kids. The brand’s mission is to turn bath time into a sensory experience that builds confidence, independence, and joy. Dojo’s signature Whippity Cloud Kids Foaming Soap (🌀 if silly string was a soap) is a sensory-rich, moldable foam soap that engages sensory play and delivers thorough, gentle cleansing for kids & tweens, using clean ingredients and gentle scents. The Approach We knew that just focusing on pretty designs wasn’t going to be enough. And so we created a complete brand ecosystem where every touchpoint felt cohesive, playful, and performance-driven. From the first pixel to the first purchase, everything was built to scale seamlessly across web, email, and paid channels.
Challenges 🧼 Launching in a saturated kids’ care market where “cute” often outweighs functionality.

🧩 Building a full funnel from scratch from UX and CRO strategy to email flows and subscription logic.

💭 Creating a brand identity that balanced fun for kids with credibility for parents.
Strategy & Execution 1. Brand Ecosystem Design We built Dojo’s identity as a living, breathing world: full of color, character, and clean design. Every visual, word, and layout choice was crafted to connect sensory play with real product benefits.
Established a unified tone across website, email, and paid media.
Designed immersive brand visuals and 3D product imagery that felt tactile and imaginative.
Balanced playfulness with credibility through UX psychology and copywriting grounded in developmental science.
2. Website & CRO A full Shopify and Replo build designed to convert through clarity and delight.
Custom Bundle Builder and Subscription integrations to drive AOV and retention.
CRO-driven layouts and storytelling flow that guided parents from curiosity to confidence.
Highlighted expert-backed insights about kids’ skin and sensory development.
3. Email & SMS with Klaviyo Built Dojo’s owned channel foundation from day one.
Designed and wrote all launch flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Replenishment, Post-Purchase).
Integrated SMS opt-ins, birthday fields, and “Spin to Win” pop-ups to capture intent while keeping the tone playful.
Created educational campaigns that deepened parent trust and reinforced Dojo’s mission.
4. Paid Ads Pre-Launch Prepped Dojo’s first paid acquisition campaigns across Meta.
Concepted scroll-stopping creative using humor, nostalgia, and sensory visuals.
Designed ad sets featuring benefit-driven hooks like “What would you do for an evening of your kids running to the bath?”
Aligned ad creative with on-site messaging for a frictionless experience.
Results
✅ Successfully launched Dojo’s DTC ecosystem: from site to subscription to ads. ✅ Built a full funnel that connected storytelling, CRO, and customer experience. ✅ Achieved strong engagement and seamless alignment across channels.
