THE CHALLENGE Fach Ugarit helps international doctors master German medical terminology to pass their FSP (Fachsprachenprüfung) board exams. The project required transforming a static learning tool into a highly interactive, AI-driven experience. Key challenges included integrating real-time voice AI, processing handwritten medical notes, and navigating strict App Store monetization rules for users in sanctioned regions like Syria.

THE INFINITEUP SOLUTION We acted as technical sparring partners, moving beyond visual app builders to engineer a native, multimodal AI learning environment. We managed technical complexity with rigorous scoping to protect the client's launch timeline.

TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

Real-Time Voice AI (Gemini Audio): We bypassed standard REST limitations by engineering custom Dart actions to connect with Google’s Gemini Audio Foundation Model. This allows students to engage in voice-to-voice simulated phone calls with an "AI Patient" that grades medical accuracy, grammar, and pronunciation in real-time.

OCR Handwriting Analysis: We integrated vision capabilities allowing learners to upload photos of their handwritten medical notes. The AI reads and analyzes the handwriting to provide contextual grading and feedback.

Dynamic RTL State Management: We engineered a UI architecture that supports Right-to-Left (Arabic) and Left-to-Right (German) layouts seamlessly within the same learning modules.

Strategic Monetization: We managed native Apple and Google subscriptions via RevenueCat, while building an independent APK distribution and manual database upgrade system to safely serve the Syrian market.

THE OUTCOME InfiniteUp delivered a sophisticated EdTech platform leveraging the latest in multimodal AI. By combining custom code with FlutterFlow’s rapid development environment, we provided a premium product that actively listens, reads, and adapts to its students.
