THE CHALLENGE Beachfront Tech Solutions needed to build Freyja, a complex health application harmonizing menstrual cycle tracking with personalized nutritional planning. The project required integrating generative AI, physical grocery delivery systems, and navigating Apple's strictest App Store guidelines for health, privacy, and monetization.

THE SOLUTION InfiniteUp led the end-to-end technical execution. We built a highly scalable mobile application utilizing FlutterFlow for the frontend, Firebase and Google Cloud Functions for the backend, and seamless integrations with OpenAI and Instacart.

TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

Advanced AI Integration: Integrated the OpenAI API to generate highly personalized, phase-specific recipes based on the user's real-time biological cycle data. Data inputs were strictly sanitized to ensure absolute user privacy.

Frictionless E-Commerce API: Engineered a robust connection using the official Instacart Developer Platform. Users can instantly convert their AI-curated nutritional plans into shoppable, real-world grocery lists with a single click.

Scalable Cloud Architecture: Architected custom background jobs via Google Cloud Functions. This handled intensive data logic—such as retroactive cycle phase recalculations and bulk AI meal generation—without causing client-side timeouts or performance drops.

Dynamic Frontend State: Developed a sophisticated UI where the application's entire color palette, logo, and navigation dynamically shift to visually reflect the user's current biological phase.

Rigorous App Store Compliance: Successfully navigated complex Apple App Store Review roadblocks. We engineered compliant solutions for strict age-gating, verifiable medical citations, AI data transparency, secure authentication (Apple/Google Sign-In), and In-App Purchase exemptions.

THE RESULT InfiniteUp delivered a production-ready, highly compliant iOS and Android application. By bridging complex AI health insights with real-world e-commerce utility, we provided a robust, scalable product ready for market launch.
