The Challenge The Canadian real estate market is often viewed as overcrowded with unprofessional intermediaries, creating a high-friction environment for property owners. The client, Symon More, envisioned Reboo: a platform empowering apartment and condo owners to sell directly to buyers without realtors. The primary challenge was establishing immediate user trust through a professional, secure application capable of managing complex legal negotiations.

The Solution InfiniteUp was engaged to engineer a scalable, mobile-first MVP for iOS and Android. Leveraging FlutterFlow and a Firebase backend, we transformed UI designs into a fully functional, data-driven product. We prioritized an architecture that handled complex real-time states while remaining lean enough to support future growth.

Key Technical Achievements

Dynamic Negotiation Engine: We engineered a two-tiered offer system embedded in a real-time chat interface.

Quick Offer Flow: Users submit four key fields—price, settlement date, deposit, and conditions—to trigger seller interest.

Full Agreement Logic: Upon mutual acceptance, the system unlocks a "Full Purchase & Sale Agreement," utilizing conditional logic and colour-coded role ownership to guide users through legal fields.

Secure Payment Integration: We integrated a Stripe payment flow for listing creation, processing transactions in Canadian dollars.

Scheduling & Geo-Mapping: We built a timezone-aware "open hours" component for in-person viewings and implemented Google Maps integration to capture coordinates for location-based filtering.

AI-Ready Infrastructure: The project was structured to allow for future AI potential, such as property information answering and legal form validation.

The Outcome InfiniteUp delivered the core MVP functionality within the targeted development scope. Demonstrating high-quality development standards, the Reboo app successfully passed both Apple App Store and Google Play Store reviews on the first try.
