Vitalizer is a mobile-first telehealth platform offering AI-powered health assessments, virtual care, and community-based wellness. Designed to support personalized healthcare journeys, it emphasizes accessibility, multilingual support, and mental and physical well-being.

InfiniteUp was contracted to deliver full-cycle development of the app—from design and architecture to API integrations, QA, and user training—under a 45-day sprint contract.

AI-Driven Health Tools Vitalizer uses the OpenAI API to deliver contextual health check-ins, triage logic, and adaptive mental health support based on user input. The AI acts as a first-touch assistant before routing users to live care options.

Provider & Services Marketplace Using Google Places API, the app allows users to find nearby health providers, counseling services, and pharmacies—contextualized by user profile and needs.

Modular Wellness Programs Includes curated programs for physical health, mental wellness, nutrition, skincare, and more. Modules are unlocked as users complete onboarding and health assessments.

Telehealth and E-Care Users can access virtual doctor consultations, teletherapy, and 24/7 health support through integrated interfaces built on secure architecture.

Subscription Management Vitalizer includes Stripe WebView for payment, offering a free trial period and easy upgrade flow. Subscription support screens were designed for accessibility and legal clarity.
