MiFi Rental Application Development

The Overview:

The MiFi Rental Application simplifies how people rent mobile WiFi devices when they travel. It was designed for a diverse group of users including tourists, remote workers, event organisers, and anyone who needs short-term internet access.

The Problem:

Tourists often faced a maze of SIM cards, inconsistent pricing, and unclear data limits. Remote workers risked unreliable connections when they needed them most. On the operations side, administrators lacked visibility. They couldn’t easily monitor devices across regions, track usage in real time, or detect when devices were lost, stolen, or underperforming. Finance teams faced similar headaches, with no unified way to manage balances, payments, or revenue streams across global distributors.

The Solution We Built:

We introduced smart flows that eliminated friction. Extending a rental was as simple as tapping a button, with transparent logic that adjusted rates automatically if devices went overdue. For distributors, we built a prepaid wallet system that automated billing and removed the need for manual reconciliation. Every rental was transparently debited from their balance, giving them confidence and freeing up their teams to focus on service. And for administrators, we created a command center with full visibility , from global dashboards down to city-level activity, device status, and telco data usage.
These designs were carefully crafted with the users pain-points in mind.
