Memento Coworking & Studios: two sites, one booking path

Memento runs podcast rooms across Valencia and is opening its own building at Calle Isaac Peral 23, with a coworking, a content studio and a music production suite. Two audiences, two jobs: creators who need to book a session this week, and freelancers who should reserve a desk months before the doors open.

The coworking site has to sell 14 desks from architectural visualizations alone. It leads with the promise (your desk, a content studio and a music suite under one roof), then walks through who it is for, the three spaces, two plans and the location near the port and Las Naves.

The main action is "Reservar plaza": a refundable 100 € deposit secures early access ahead of the planned opening on 1 March 2027. Prices are shown before VAT, with the VAT rule stated once, and every visualization is labelled as one.

The studios site answers what a creator asks before booking: which room, which package, what is included, when the files arrive. Five rooms across four addresses, three packages per room size (Standard, Made Simple, Premium) from 250 € before VAT, a clear list of extras, and delivery in 72 hours. Booking follows four steps: date, room, service, record.

Both sites share the Memento identity: a warm ivory base, a rust accent, sans serif headlines with one word set in italic serif, and the same navigation and footer, so a studio client finds the coworking in one click. Both run in Spanish, English, French and Dutch.

The studios site carries more than 200 programmes recorded in Memento rooms, and the coworking site is built to turn interest into refundable deposits before opening.
