OpenHaus

OpenHaus is a vibrant house music festival, made for anyone and everyone. The brand identity pairs bold typography and structured, grid-based layouts with a vibrant range of colors, so it feels lively and inviting while staying balanced and considered. This project covers the full identity, including the visual identity system, merch design, and website.

Logo

The logo combines a lowercase “h” with a triangle, forming the silhouette of a house. It works as a simple nod to both the genre and the festival’s name.

Color

A vibrant palette of white, black, red, orange, turquoise, blue, baby pink, and pink gives the identity its energy. Each color is used boldly, so tickets, wristbands, merch items, and posters can each take on their own look while still feeling like part of the same system. Black and white act as the base that grounds the system and holds everything together.

Merch

The merch range includes hoodies, tees, and tote bags in boxy, cropped, and oversized fits, with a distressed finish on selected tees. The range features two key graphics: the circular spiral and the striped house poster. Every piece is available in the full set of brand colors.

Website

The website brings the identity online with a black and white base, bold pops of color, and gritty black and white film concert photography. Large typography and structured layouts keep each page easy to move through, covering the lineup and set times, passes, merch, live album, and festival highlights.

The Identity

Together, the logo, color system, typography, and grid-based layouts create an identity that feels vibrant and structured at the same time. The grid and typography keep every touchpoint consistent and balanced, while the bold colors and textural touches bring personality.
