For this project, the goal was to improve an early-stage SaaS platform for generating video-based training courses, making it easier for L&D specialists to move from initial demos to real-world use.
At the start of the project, recurring feedback from demos revealed that users felt confused during the course creation flow and lacked tools needed to fully produce and distribute courses.
I explored how the experience could better support real production workflows and designed improvements to the course creation flow alongside new capabilities such as video editing, branding tools, and LMS export to help teams create, refine, and share courses with confidence.
