For this project, the goal was to design a simple and affordable MVP that helps small local restaurants operate more efficiently during daily service.
At the start of the project, we observed that many new and small eateries relied on fragmented tools and manual workflows to manage tables, orders, and billing, while existing POS solutions were often too complex or costly for their needs.
We explored how a lightweight operational tool could better support front-of-house teams and designed an MVP focused on giving staff clear control over service flow, from table management and order tracking to flexible billing methods.
