I designed and developed Avanti Schools Trust’s Wix Studio website, covering 19+ custom pages, 40+ CMS-driven pages and more than 400 content items. The brief called for a clear, user-friendly experience consistent with the trust’s identity, alongside tools the marketing team could use after launch.

Design the pages and CMS as one system
I developed the custom pages, CMS structure, landing pages and forms together. The work addressed both the public layouts and the recurring content behind them, with a shared visual language across the trust’s website.
Responsive design covered desktop, tablet and mobile. I adjusted layouts and interactive elements for those screens while keeping the content hierarchy and navigation consistent. Accessibility-focused design was part of the implementation.
The school directory and connected detail page share a consistent visual system, presented here in browser mockups from the live Avanti website.
Keep migration inside the website delivery
My scope included SEO migration, on-page SEO, site structure, and the migration of existing content and search settings. These tasks sat alongside the design and development, keeping the existing website’s content within the new setup.
I also created custom landing pages, configured forms and contributed video editing to support the marketing team’s website work.
Prepare the marketing team for ongoing updates
I refined the website through feedback and revisions, supported the team after launch and trained internal staff to manage it. Handover covered the CMS as well as the finished pages.
Ravi Talsania, Head of Communications & Marketing, highlighted my design judgement, technical understanding, independent work and constructive response to feedback in his recommendation. The March–October 2025 engagement carried the project from the brief through implementation and team handover.
