Mouse is a Telegram mini app where we rebuilt the entire product structure and introduced new gamification mechanics to turn a simple game flow into a scalable retention engine.
We redesigned the UX, reworked the funnel, and strengthened engagement loops with a focus on clarity, progression and growth metrics.
Challenge
The product had weak progression mechanics and a fragmented funnel, causing stagnant game metrics.
Result
After implementation, key metrics grew 2–3x, reaching 2M+ players, 12-minute average sessions and 89% Day-1 retention.
