Bartly is a B2B platform connecting restaurants with influencers through a barter economy. Restaurants find creators for promotion while influencers discover venues for collaboration — value for value.
We conducted flow analysis, behavioral research, and metric audits to redesign the marketplace logic. Instead of a generic matching tool, we built a system driven by trust signals and relevance.
Challenge
A shared interface for both sides created friction and slow decisions.
Result
Separated UX flows, reduced steps by 30–40%, and achieved +44% engagement during closed beta while delivering strategy-to-MVP in 2 months.

Overview
Defining the product vision and strategy
Tonomy is a Telegram-based prediction platform built on TON. We designed a unique mini app experience and developed a custom smart contract to support event-based betting - all within Telegram's native environment.
We structured the full product logic from UX flows to blockchain mechanics. Special attention went to social interaction and trust signals inside the app - the things that actually make people participate.

Product vision & strategy
Mouse is a Telegram mini app where we rebuilt the entire product structure and introduced new gamification mechanics to turn a simple game flow into a scalable retention engine.
We redesigned the UX, reworked the funnel, and strengthened engagement loops with a focus on clarity, progression and growth metrics.
Challenge
The product had weak progression mechanics and a fragmented funnel, causing stagnant game metrics.
Result
After implementation, key metrics grew 2–3x, reaching 2M+ players, 12-minute average sessions and 89% Day-1 retention.
