RicLuc: Modern Logo Design with a 3D Architectural Twist

The objective of the project was to create a modern and sleek logo design that would effectively communicate RicLuc Real Estate Company's focus on selling and renting high-quality, modern apartments in new buildings. The logo needed to represent professionalism, innovation, and a connection to the real estate industry.

RicLuc is a real estate company specializing in selling and renting modern apartments in newly constructed buildings. The solution was developed by focusing on typography and negative space. A letter-based logo was chosen for its simplicity and elegance. By creatively using negative space between the letters "c" and "L," the letter "L" was transformed into a three-dimensional building structure, symbolizing modern apartments. This design seamlessly connected the logo to the company's core business while maintaining a sleek and professional aesthetic.
