Animated Emoji Series for Moji App - 260 Dynamic Expressions

This project involved creating a series of over 260 animated emojis for the Moji App, one of the best-selling apps on the App Store in 2016 and 2017.

Commissioned by Appmoji, Inc., the goal was to design a diverse range of animated emojis featuring hands, eyes, and mouths, enhancing the user experience of the Moji App.

Concept Development: Brainstormed and sketched a variety of expressions to cover a wide spectrum of emotions and gestures.

Animation in After Effects: Each emoji was meticulously animated using Adobe After Effects, ensuring fluid and engaging motion.

Exporting to .json: The animations were then exported as .json files for seamless integration into the app, maintaining high quality across different devices.

The animated emojis significantly enriched the Moji App, contributing to its popularity and user engagement during 2016 and 2017. The dynamic expressions and gestures offered users a fun and expressive way to communicate.
