Problem Most wedding planner websites fall into two traps:

Overly decorative layouts that look pretty but confuse users

Or generic templates that fail to build trust or emotional connection

The challenge was to create a balance between visual elegance and functional clarity, ensuring users feel confident reaching out.

Approach I structured the experience around three priorities:

Emotional storytelling — using imagery and layout to reflect real wedding moments

Clear user flow — guiding visitors from inspiration → services → inquiry

Refined visual language — soft spacing, minimal color palette, and elegant typography

Every design decision was focused on reducing friction while maintaining a premium feel.
