Veterinary Clinic Website Role: Product Designer | Scope: UX, UI, visual design

The Problem: Picking a vet for your pet is stressful. You're worried about your furry friend, you don't know if this place is right, and the last thing you need is a confusing website making everything worse.

What I Did: I created a website that actually feels welcoming. Soft photos of happy animals, straightforward language that doesn't talk down to you, and a layout where you can actually find what you're looking for without clicking through five pages.

What Changed: The new design:

Uses familiar, comforting images of pets to help anxious visitors relax

Organizes services so you can scan and find what you need in seconds

Builds that crucial sense of trust before you even walk through the door

Makes booking an appointment feel like the natural next step

The Outcome A website that gets it, visiting the vet is emotional, and the experience should make that easier, not harder. Good for pet owners, good for the clini
