I welcomed the guests in and out with the warmest smile and was always in the mood of saying: "Good morning sir! Have a nice day!."

I assisted the guests/ tourists with the luggage (small ones of course 😃 ) .

I chatted with them, interacted as much as I could while they're waiting for their coming car. Sometimes I helped some guests find good restaurants and recommend interesting places for them to go around.

2. In the role of Front Office Trainee

I got used to using Opera System to do the check-in check-out.

I responded to the guests' queries and helped them deal with their troubles in terms of billings, outside services, personal stuff, in-room services, visa/ contract, anything that could happen for a foreigner in Vietnam.

I arranged the amenities for guests who are VIP, having birthdays, coming tomorrow.

I oversaw the front office and ensured the best security and hygiene.

I assisted the other colleagues to finish the daily tasks.

3. In the role of Wedding event waitress - F&B position

I prepared the drinks for the guests and made sure that the food/ drinks were always available and sufficient.

I collected decoration materials such as towels and ensure the exact quantity for each material.

Accomplishments:

Often interacting with the guests in a professional manner made me more confident in my communication skills

The flexibility in solving sudden problems was truly nurtured and improved a lot

Proactively finished the tasks soon at the most careful level

Assisting other colleagues made my teamwork skills absolutely improved

Be able to use Opera System in checking-in-out and billings

Broadened my network with famous people/ influencers such as the Founder of Oakley Company, famous Vietnamese actors, national beauty queen, singers.

Be offered the General Secretary position for PGT-RECLAIMED Company - a high-end interior supplier.
