Problem

Call insights die in Gong if nobody routes the next action. Teams need short summaries, owners, and a sheet trail without dumping raw transcripts into Slack.

Approach

Pull or receive Gong call insight / summary events

Structure a short summary (topic, next step, risk, owner)

Route to the right Slack channel or person

Append a row in Sheets for tracking

Hold a review queue when confidence or sensitivity is high

Build notes

Stack: Gong + automation layer + Slack + Google Sheets. Traceable handoffs so a manager can see what was routed and what still needs a human.
