Architecture demo (not a named client engagement). Shows how I design deal alerts that land as clean Trello cards instead of noisy Slack threads.
Problem
Sales and ops often miss follow-ups when deal signals live only in Slack. Manual copy into Trello creates duplicates, wrong owners, and no audit trail.
Approach
Capture a Slack signal (channel message, reaction, or form-style trigger)
Route by rules (team, stage, amount) into the right Trello list
Add a human review checkpoint for edge cases before final move
Build notes
Stack: Slack + automation layer (n8n / Zapier / Make) + Trello. Retries on API failure. Status updates back to Slack when a card is created. Handoff states make it clear whether a human still needs to act.
Outcome (demo)
Faster routing, fewer duplicate cards, and a clear ownership trail from Slack signal to Trello work item.
