GreenBasket Mobile App UX Redesign
Role: Product Designer (UX/UI) Tools: Figma, User Flow Mapping, Wireframing Project Overview
GreenBasket is a grocery delivery mobile app designed to help users order fresh produce quickly and conveniently. The goal of this project was to improve usability, reduce friction during onboarding, and create a cleaner, more intuitive shopping experience.
Problem
Users struggled with navigation and product discovery. The onboarding flow was unclear, key actions were hard to find, and the overall experience felt overwhelming for first-time users.
My Role
I led the end-to-end design process, from identifying usability issues to designing the final interface. This included user flow restructuring, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI design. Process
Analyzed existing grocery apps to identify UX gaps
Defined core user journeys and simplified navigation
Designed low-fidelity wireframes to test layout clarity
Created high-fidelity UI focused on clarity and accessibility
Solution
I redesigned the onboarding flow, simplified navigation, and improved product hierarchy. Clear CTAs and visual grouping were introduced to help users complete tasks faster and with less confusion.
Outcome
The redesigned experience improved usability, reduced cognitive load, and created a smoother shopping flow suitable for everyday use. The design is scalable and ready for future feature expansion.
