ABOUT THE PROJECT

Imagine you are in a social gathering and you want to recommend a song to someone, but you can't recall the name of the song. You might try to hum the melody in your head or search for it on the internet, but you still can't figure it out.
Now, If you have a side ache and you're not sure what to do next, the options can be overwhelming. Should you see a doctor, a specialist, or go to urgent care? It can feel like a confusing and dizzying array of choices.

Ananta is here to guide!

Comes from a Sanskrit word that means limitless as our problems are so to solve it we use AI to help people reach a certain point where people know whom to reach out

Role

F1Studioz This time designathon has a theme of Elevating Healthcare in India Through the power of AI where I took care of the visual aspect and interactions. I worked with another designer who collected feedback from the user and we brainstormed due to time constrain we surveyed to understand how genuine the problem was.

Problem Framing

To understand the elevate healthcare with AI we first try to understand what the current solutions users have to tackle similar issues and we find these things where we can leverage Ananta
Most of the solutions are for doctors
Emergency medical advice for both kids and adults based on symptoms
Give the option to store medical history and reminders for the next follow-up for users and doctors as well
Common platform for both patients and doctors to record medical history and schedule follow-ups and medications and can give the option to remind their medication timings as well

User Notes

Taking some notes from the survey helps to delve into the user mindset and understand their POV to leverage AI.
A Generative AI chatbot can check for any side effects after your first dose.
A bot can gather info on allergies/abnormal readings, summarize it, and send it to the doctor.
A reminder to take medication can prevent missed or extra doses.
AI can simplify medical report retrieval in inaccessible situations.

User Journey

Let's understand what the user wants and what we assume so we can all comprehend how ChatGPT works. We are building something for adults between their 30s and 50s. Most people start taking medication at that age and also Memory loss can begin as early as age 45.
