Perfect Planner is a cloud-based material planning and replenishment platform that reimagines the way organisations manage inventory and procurement processes.

As a UI designer on the Perfect Planner project, my role was to translate these powerful analytical capabilities into a clean, intuitive visual experience that supports user efficiency and drives real business impact. The challenge wasn’t simply to present data - it was to simplify how planners interact with complexity so they could focus on decision-making rather than interpretation.

The outcome of the redesign reflects both aesthetic refinement and operational impact. Planners can now complete daily reviews faster, with fewer errors, and with strategic confidence. By removing ambiguity in task prioritisation and making insights more accessible, the interface supports Perfect Planner’s value proposition: reducing expedite events, improving productivity, and cutting inventory costs.
