Altavita is born as a sanctuary of peace and tranquility in the middle of the Cerrado, near the coast of the Riviera Nayarit. The developer Nueve 22 looked at an area surrounded by nature and focused on creating a real estate development that respects the flora and culture of the area. Altavita’s branding is born from this connection of peace between nature and people.
The brand icon symbolizes the unique sunrises offered by Altavita’s geographic location, as well as the mountains and nature surrounding it, along with this was created a set of illustrations that served to emphasize the brand’s proposal.

Highlights

Social media focuses on promoting a relaxed lifestyle and invites people to be part of it.
Broshure, executive stationery , uniforms and more were designed to promote development.
Altavita represents the luxury of connecting with nature and disconnect from everyday problems.

This emotional branding manages to connect with the essence of real estate development and approach people from a space of tranquility to promote a conscious lifestyle. As a culmination of the project, a landing page was developed which allows people to know the development and communicate with the advisors.
