KR4ALL is a smart aggregator platform that provides a unified healthcare services experience, right from primary care to tertiary care, under one umbrella, making healthcare affordable and accessible for all. Secure, consent-based, cashless, and paperless healthcare services are our goals.

This was an ongoing project before we started to work on it. So with a basic design system and some flows already in place, we started working on it. Let’s jump into what we have build for KR4ALL.

As we had worked on minimal part of KR4ALL we thought the user interface design of the it requires enhancement to optimize user experience, streamline navigation, and ensure intuitive interaction for healthcare professionals.

Despite its functional capabilities, the current UI design lacks visual clarity, Coherence, and efficiency, hindering users' ability to efficiently access and utilize the platform's features.

This impediment poses challenges to user adoption, productivity, and overall satisfaction with the product. Therefore, there is a pressing need to improve the UI design of KR4ALL to align with industry standards, enhance usability

Simplified navigation by categorizing features and minimizing steps to access key functions, using a collapsible sidebar or persistent navbar for easy section access

Enhanced visual hierarchy by clearly differentiating UI elements like buttons and text using suitable font sizes, weights, and colors to direct user focus to key actions and information.

Our collaboration was characterized by open communication and mutual respect for each other's ideas. We embraced constructive criticism and incorporated each other's suggestions to enhance the final design.

User-Centric Approach: Direct feedback and usability testing were invaluable. Understanding the specific challenges faced by healthcare professionals and patients would have allowed us to tailor the UI to address these needs effectively.
