E-Vehicle Training for Automotive Staff

Volkswagen needed a high-quality e-learning solution to train its global dealership and service center staff on the fundamentals of electric vehicles (EVs)—covering everything from basic battery science to customer communication and workplace safety. The goal was to accelerate internal knowledge and support the company’s EV transformation strategy.

The challenge was to translate complex technical content into an engaging, accessible format for a broad audience—from technicians to sales teams. The course had to support multilingual rollout, meet SCORM compliance, and reflect Volkswagen’s premium brand identity.

I developed a high-impact training module in Articulate Storyline, combining animated technical diagrams, interactive product simulations, voice-over narration, and scenario-based customer dialogues. The content was modular and fully localized-ready, with SCORM 2004 export and LMS testing included. I also ensured alignment with VW’s visual guidelines and data protection policies.

The final course was rolled out across multiple European markets and received strong internal feedback for its clarity, visual appeal, and instructional quality.
