The Problem
Bali Garden were looking to improve their online presence and encourage visitors to come to their store and purchase their products.
The Solution
I provided Bali Garden with a social media strategy to post regular content to their Facebook and Instagram pages.
I developed content pillars around the main pieces of information they wanted to share online and these included:
New products
Products on sale
The story behind the products
Store information
I suggested posting 3 times a week to increase brand awareness, keep followers updated and remain front of mind for their audience. I ways ensure post captions are encouraging the audience to engage and take action.
The Results
I now create and schedule regular content for the Bali Garden social media pages and we are seeing an increase in engagement on the social media content and visitors coming into the store.
