Rapidly growing e-commerce platform (Shopee (USD 70B+ Market Cap, NYSE: SE) needed to establish partnerships function and develop strategic alliances with major brands to accelerate market presence and user acquisition.
Action:
Built partnerships department from scratch, developed scalable framework for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships. Led end-to-end process from initial strategy through execution with major financial and logistics partners.
Result:
Successfully established partnerships function and secured strategic alliances with key market leaders (InPost, Santander, mBank, Mastercard), creating new revenue streams and enhancing platform credibility.
