Background
The Halcyon Business Group specializes in helping service-based manufacturers grow their client base through strategic SEO, content, and consulting. With over 20 years of marketing experience, the company needed a website that positioned them as a trusted partner while speaking directly to a niche audience.

The Challenge
The main challenges were:
Communicating Niche Expertise – The client focuses on service-based manufacturers, a very specific market that required clear positioning.
Balancing Professionalism with Approachability – The site had to reflect credibility from years of experience while also feeling warm and inviting.
Driving Conversions – The ultimate goal was to encourage prospects to schedule discovery calls without overwhelming them.
Design Objectives
Create a visually distinct and professional site that emphasizes Halcyon’s 20+ years of expertise.
Use visual storytelling and brand elements (such as the crane illustration) to build memorability and trust.

Solution & Execution
Using Figma, I designed a website that combines modern design with subtle illustrative branding elements:
1. Strong Hero Section
The homepage immediately communicates Halcyon’s value: helping manufacturers find more clients with proven marketing strategies. The crane illustration ties back to the brand story, adding personality and memorability.
2. Clear Services Breakdown
I organized services into four distinct categories: SEO & Website Optimization, Content & Messaging, Business Development & Strategy Consulting, Site Quality Review & Strategy
3. Trust-Building Features
An About the Owner section introduces the founder personally, reinforcing expertise and authenticity. A FAQ Section addresses common client questions and reduces barriers to outreach.
4. Conversion-Focused Design
Strategically placed CTAs (Schedule a Free Discovery Call) appear throughout the site. The contact form and call-to-action boxes reduce friction, encouraging engagement.
